We provide executive education programs, studios, and cohort-based learning experiences focused on product analytics education and professional training. Offerings are informational and educational; they do not constitute regulated professional advice tailored to your statutory obligations.

You represent that you provide accurate enrollment information and that you participate respectfully. Harassment, unauthorized recording for redistribution, or attempts to disrupt live sessions may result in removal without refund except where Thai consumer rules require otherwise.

Course materials, templates, and branding remain owned by EnergyX Transferon or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning during your enrollment period unless a separate license is signed.

We may reference third-party analytics or collaboration tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms. We do not control vendor uptime, pricing changes, or feature removals.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in Thailand, EnergyX Transferon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid for the specific enrollment giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating proceedings. Consumers retain mandatory rights available under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and related regulations where applicable.

We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination. You may stop using the site at any time; certain statutory rights regarding digital purchases may still apply.
