Money-Back Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid enrollments for EnergyX Transferon executive education offerings purchased directly through our stated intake channels and invoiced in THB.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Where your purchase qualifies as an off-premises or distance contract under applicable Thai consumer rules, you may cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase without giving reasons, provided cohort services have not been substantially delivered or digitally unlocked beyond introductory materials.

3. Partial Attendance

If you begin live sessions or download secured cohort materials beyond the introductory module, any refund may be reduced to reflect the value of services already supplied, calculated using our standard daily studio rates communicated before purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party fees (such as travel or software billed separately), bespoke consulting retainers, or corporate cohort seats covered by master agreements may be non-refundable as stated in those agreements.

5. How to Request

Email hello@energyx-transferon.digital with your enrollment reference, participant name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask clarifying questions to apply this policy correctly.

6. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds return to the original payment path where technically possible within fourteen business days of approval. Bank timelines may vary; international routing may add delays beyond our control.

7. Cancellations by EnergyX Transferon and Exceptions

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law remain unaffected where they cannot be limited.
